Muttenzer Herbstlauf

10k Muttenzer Herbstlauf, that was not my day today. The hills felt really hard, there was nothing left in my legs (did I choose the wrong burger yesterday, Flora?), flat was okayish. Maybe I was still tired from Brienzerseelauf, maybe the warm-up was too long, maybe I did not sleep well, maybe… Well, I stopped thinking and look forward to another „just jump in a race and feel good effort“!

However, it was a great day out! Thanks Jason for cheering us on and for that photo of me, merci Yvonne Turi-Hodel to run a little while along! Thanks Flora for being a great race/cool-down/eat burger the night before partner!
